It takes 21 days to form a habit
Here are 5 habits to start right now for healthy skin

Wash twice a day
Over-washing can also be bad for your skin so it's best to clean it in the morning and at night.
Form a simple skincare routine, use a good cleanser, massage in with your fingers or a konjac sponge and rinse clean. Follow with a good moisturiser.
You can add serums, toners, oils and treatments as well but also start with the basics.

Eat a balanced & healthy diet
This includes limiting your intake of sugar - as this has been proven to increase the risk of acne and spots.
Including high fibre foods in the diet has shown improvements in skin.
Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables to give your body a natural boost of vitamins.

Hydrate and Moisturise
Make sure you drink plenty of water, a tip that is important for your overall health and will also help you attain clear skin.
6-8 glasses a day is a good target to aim for.
This will help keep your skin hydrated as well as your body but be sure to back it up with a good moisturiser to help lock in the water.

Always apply Sunscreen
Our skin is constantly under attack from so many things in our environment.
The Sun is very powerful - the amount of sun that hits the earth in one hours provides more power than the entire world consumes in one year!
So it makes sense to protect your skin from it's powerful and harmful rays.

Get enough sleep
Healthy adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep a night.
Teenagers need even more (between 8-10 Hours) so maybe that's why they spend a lot of their time in bed!
You owe it to your skin to make sure you are getting enough sleep.
