5 Steps to Summer Ready Skin

1. HYDRATE

Hydrate your body inside and out by drinking plenty of water each day.  Make sure you drink at least 2 Litres, and even more in hot weather or when you are more active.

2. DAILY SKINCARE

If you don’t already have one create a daily skincare routine that works for you.  We find that a 2 step routine works best for us

  1. Cleanse

  2. Tone

  3. Moisturise

3. EPILATE

Get rid of the winter fuzz – take the time to remove unwanted hair and reveal your smooth, soft skin.  The way you do it is your choice, shaving, waxing or salon treatments.

4. DEEP CLEAN

Treat yourself to some home spa or salon treatments.  Face and body scrubs and masks or a relaxing, rejuvenating massage.

5. USE SUN PROTECTION

Get into the habit of using a good quality sun protection everyday.  We recommend using one that’s provides at least SPF30 and ensure it protects against both UVA and UVB rays.

Add it in to your morning skincare routine before leaving the house.
